Audit Requirements
Our formal third-party certification audit conducted by NÆSS International Certifications AS is scheduled to take place from 9th July 2021 to 11th September 2021. To ensure a seamless evaluation and maintain our commitment to global operational standards, all departments must have their documentation, records, and personnel ready for review. Please use the checklist below to prepare your respective areas.
1. Documentation & Evidence Checklist
Please ensure the following records from the past 12 months are up to date, organized, and readily accessible in your workspace or shared drive:
Process Procedures & Work Instructions: Verify that your team is following the most recently approved versions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Updated dashboards or logs showing tracking against your department’s annual objectives.
Training & Competency Records: Signed training logs, certifications, and onboarding records for all team members.
Equipment & Calibration Logs: (If applicable) Valid calibration certificates and maintenance records for critical machinery or software tools.
Corrective Actions: Proof of implementation and effectiveness for any past non-conformances identified in your department.
2. Personnel Readiness
Availability: Ensure that key process owners and designated backups are available during the scheduled audit times.
Interviews: Inform your teams that auditors may interview frontline staff. Employees should be ready to explain their daily tasks, where to find company policies, and how their role impacts our overall quality and security goals.
3. Workspace Presentation
Ensure physical and digital workspaces are orderly.
Clearly label or segregate any non-conforming, damaged, or pending materials to avoid confusion during facility walkthroughs.
